Terms & FAQ
Effective date: February 18, 2026
Slide Patch helps you edit and generate slide visuals with AI. You are responsible for how you use the tool and for reviewing all outputs before sharing, exporting, or presenting them.
AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Output quality depends on your prompt, selected model, and the source slide. You should verify accuracy and ensure results meet your standards before use.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend access if we believe there is abuse, fraud, or a violation of these terms.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
Why didn’t the edit match my request?
AI edits depend on both your prompt and the model you pick. Use Standard for changes that stay in place, and Pro when the layout or idea shifts. Be specific: quote the exact text, say where it sits on the slide, and what should stay unchanged. If it’s a tiny or ambiguous edit, Pro plus a precise prompt usually works best.
Can I get a refund for a bad result?
Credits are not refundable for output quality. If the system fails to run a request, we may restore credits at our discretion.
Can I delete projects and data?
Yes. You can delete projects at any time. Deletions remove the project from your account, though backups may persist briefly.
